2012 Conference Date Set
The 20th annual TAPSS conference date has been set for Wednesday, October 10, 2012. This years conference will be held at the College Station Hilton. As in years past, we will have something to spark everyones interest with speakers and vendors alike, and some fabulous door prizes.
This year you will see some changes in the conference agenda. We will be holding our board elections and conducting our first annual business meeting at the close of the conference day. We encourage all members to participate in the election process and all non-members to attend. This conference is open to all TAMU system employees, and we also encourage the attendance of those who work outside of Texas A&M University as well.
New TAPSS Board Installed
As most of you know that TAPSS has been on a hiatus this past year. However, board elections were still held at the first of the year bringing back some old members and welcoming new ones. With the mix of old and new board members we have a great set of folks that will be leading our organization into the 25th year of TAPSS existence.

Volunteers Needed for 2012 Committee Chairs
Howdy!
Ever wonder what goes on behind the scenes to create such a fun and fabulous conference? Loaned your talents and creativity in past conferences and would like to do so again? Well now is your opportunity. We are currently looking for chairs and committee members for our 20th annual conference. We are looking for folks that would like to help with the following: donations, speakers, decorations, food and programs. Meetings will take place on the second Wednesday of the month in the General Services Complex starting in February. Starting in August we will meet every other week up until conference date.
